About the Role

The Vice President Client Partner, Financial Services will grow a portfolio of strategic clients across North America by acting as a trusted commercial adviser to senior leaders. Rather than simply responding to stated needs, they will bring a provocative, informed point of view, focus executive attention on the issues that matter and help clients define new opportunities to modernise their brands.
Working across consulting, data, technology, insights and analytics, they will shape and convert opportunities that advance brand growth, customer experience, innovation and marketing effectiveness. They will strengthen Kantar’s market presence through compelling writing, senior-level conversations and visible participation in relevant industry forums.
- Challenge senior client leaders with informed perspectives that sharpen their thinking and focus attention on the most important opportunities for brand growth.
- Shape emerging client needs and strategic agendas, moving conversations beyond existing briefs towards new commercial and transformation opportunities.
- Grow revenue and share of wallet across a portfolio of strategic Financial Services accounts.
- Develop account growth strategies that connect clients’ business priorities, market context and future ambitions with Kantar’s capabilities.
- Create and convert a strong pipeline through consultative selling, persuasive commercial narratives and confident executive engagement.
- Mobilise consulting, data, technology, insights and analytics expertise to deliver integrated solutions that help Financial Services brands modernise and grow.
- Represent Kantar through compelling written thought leadership, client events, industry forums and other external speaking opportunities.
- Strategic consulting and commercial capability, with evidence of growing complex enterprise relationships, shaping demand and converting high-value opportunities.
- Financial Services expertise, with a strong understanding of one or more areas such as banking, payments, insurance or asset management and the forces reshaping brands in the sector.
- Executive-level influence, including the confidence to challenge assumptions, introduce a distinctive point of view and help senior leaders make sense of complex choices.
- Compelling communication, with the ability to write persuasive thought leadership and speak credibly in boardroom discussions, client workshops and on industry stages.
- Broad brand and marketing judgement, with the ability to connect modern brand strategy, customer experience, innovation and marketing effectiveness to practical business opportunities.
The successful candidate will combine deep commercial acumen, strategic thinking and executive presence with the ability to identify growth opportunities and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is $145,000 - $220,000 per year, plus competitive variable compensation. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors, which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
