GREAT opportunity to grow with rapidly growing company, Kaseya. We are seeking a Release Train Engineer to join our Business Applications Team.  We are at a key point in our organization’s growth as we transform our legacy Lead-to-Cash platform to a best-in-vertical juggernaut to drive our success.   

This is a newly created role — there is no playbook, no predecessor, and no existing ART structure to inherit. We have an agile practice, tools, teams, and a method of doing technical work.  We are looking for someone who has built an ART capability before: walked into an organization where the role didn't exist, earned trust across engineering and product, and systematically built the practices, ceremonies, and dependency infrastructure that made delivery predictable. • Proficient in Agile methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Jira 
• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with proven attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle, testing, and quality assurance processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, Business
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification, PMP, SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
• At least 3+ years of experience as a RTE in a software development environment, >9 years in an agile software development environment
