We are seeking an engaging, detail-oriented leader to join our team as an Electrical Commercial Construction Foreman.

In this role, you will take ownership of commercial electrical projects, serving both our Project Managers and our General Contractor partners. You will lead a team of electricians, plan the workflow, and ensure the project is executed with excellence. This position requires strong communication, consistent leadership, and the ability to model a positive attitude and strong work ethic for the team on site.

Ability to oversee and manage multiple small projects, or one large project (1,200+ hours)
Task-focused, responsive, and proactive in finding pathways to success on the jobsite
Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues accurately and efficiently
Effective communicator with team members and general contractors
Strong knowledge of NEC Electrical Code
