The project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide PMO services, enterprise – level governance, assurance, integration and performance oversight across all projects and programs.
Responsibilities
~1 min read· Initiate development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital platforms including dashboards, BIM integration and data analytical tools.
· Establish efficiencies through data driven analysis allowing predictive decisions linked to key success factors for delivery to quality, schedule, cost and safety.
· Implement and manage comprehensive digital integration frameworks for the Development enabling continuous flow of data, effective decisions, and improved performance.
· Develop digital tools for expedited data acquisition for digitalized reporting of design and construction progress with quality assurance of received data.
· Enable unified project controls through an integrated platform comprised of planning and scheduling, cost management and forecasting, risk management, change control, and document control.
· Implementation of advanced analytics for trend analysis and forecasting, risk prediction and mitigation planning, and utilization of AI models for performance optimization.
· Lead implementation of Common Data Environments (CDE), AI-enabled project insights, and deploy innovative digital solutions to improve project efficiency and delivery outcomes.
· Mentor PMO and project controls teams in digital tools and methodologies.
· Build digital capability within PMO functions across projects.
· Conduct training programs on tools, dashboards, and digital workflows.
· Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
· Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering
· Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Project Management, Digital Transformation or similar.
· Minimum 15 years post-graduation experience.
· Experienced user of Primavera P6, Pert master and MS Office, MS Project, and document management systems.
· Ability to effectively monitor and analyse progress, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
· Fluency in English both written and spoken.
