Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 15 years experience, 8+ years of experience supporting DoD, USAF, or similar government programs.
  • Clearance: Active Secret security clearance
  • Experience coordinating across multiple organizations or stakeholders in a program or project environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage program cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience preparing briefings, reports, or staff packages for leadership.
  • Familiarity with structured processes and documentation in a government or regulated environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
