About the Role
~1 min readAllied Mechanical is looking for a hands-on Electrical Superintendent who can do it all — estimate work, run jobs from start to finish, keep crews productive and schedules on track, and still put on a tool belt when the project demands it. This isn't a desk role. You'll be a key part of how we win work and deliver it, owning the field from bid to closeout. If you're the type who takes pride in knowing every phase of a project and won't ask a crew member to do something you wouldn't do yourself, we want to hear from you.

- →Keep projects moving — proactively identify delays, material shortages, or scope issues and resolve them before they become problems
- →Lead crews in the field and pick up tools when needed — this is a working superintendent role
- →Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams; direct accurate field installations
- →Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance on all job sites; lead toolbox talks and site safety audits
- →Manage material procurement, equipment staging, and tool logistics to keep the job moving without interruption
- →Mentor foremen, journeymen, and apprentices — hold the crew to high standards of craft, safety, and professionalism
