About the Service Advisor Position:

Fairfield Volkswagen has a rare opening for a Service Advisor. This position is responsible for selling repairs and related goods and services, handling warranty concerns, and waiting on customers in person as well as on the telephone. Applicant must be able to multi-task, display good communication skills, and be a team-oriented individual with a positive commitment to customer satisfaction. This position offers income opportunities not found in most other industries.

Qualifications for the Job:

• Current/recent experience as a Service Advisor OR auto experience in areas such as express lube, customer service, vehicle repair, or sales
• Proven ability to multi-task in past employment
• Good computer skill set; able to work in CDK system
• High school graduate; college a plus
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
