PMO Support Analyst with PowerBI

• Act as first point of contact for user queries and basic troubleshooting
• Support tool administration, including user and permission management
• Conduct QA testing for system enhancements
• Monitor and optimize software license usage
• Support PMO in SPM/DMS releases and roadmap execution
• Maintain documentation, user guides, and FAQs for PPM/Demand tools
• Ensure data accuracy (budgets, timelines)
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Integrate data from SPM, DMS, and time reporting systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate insights
• Customize and update dashboards and reports
• Prepare ad hoc leadership reports
• Maintain project documentation in Teams and SharePoint
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and support audits
• Develop guides for financial processes, budgeting, and forecasting
• Communicate process updates to Program and Project Managers

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, and Visio
• Experience with PPM/SM tools (e.g., SPM)
• Strong Power BI expertise
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Interest in innovation and AI-driven solutions
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel when required (average up to 20%)
