BDC Service Associate - Genesis of Ridgefield

Genesis of Ridgefield is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive BDC Service Associate to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.

• →Handle inbound and outbound service calls
• →Schedule and confirm service appointments
• →Follow up with customers regarding upcoming, missed, and recommended services
• →Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records in the CRM
• →Communicate effectively between customers and the Service Department
• →Provide a professional and positive customer experience

• Strong communication skills
• Professional, upbeat, customer-first attitude
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Previous BDC, call center, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• MyKarma and CDK experience preferred, but not required
