Responsibilities

→Assist in the setup, inspection, and maintenance of paving equipment and tools.
→Prepare worksites for paving operations, including clearing debris, marking areas, and implementing safety measures.
→Provide general support to the paving crew, including monitoring depth, directing trucks, and assisting with equipment repairs, maintenance, and cleanup tasks as directed by supervisors.
→Collaborate with the team to ensure paving operations meet project specifications and quality standards.
→Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites to maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements
