What are you going to deal with? 
Project: 

 US-based healthcare platform leveraging AI to optimize doctors’ workflows — insurance processing, payments, and patient communication (automated calls, scheduling, visit summaries, etc.). Currently focused on full process automation, including website operations powered by AI.

What do we expect from you?

🔹 Strong Python + AI experience (hands-on, continuously learning), React

🔹 Senior level, proactive, self-driven

🔹 Comfortable working in high-security environments

🔹 Nice to have / Core AI requirements:

🔹 Experience with LLMs and agent-based systems, understanding their architecture and principles (tools/skills, orchestration)

🔹 Knowledge and practical use of prompting techniques (Zero-shot, Few-shot, CoT, ReAct)

🔹 Understanding of MCP / context management approaches, experience building RAG or similar systems

🔹 Familiarity with quality metrics (precision, recall, F1) and evaluation approaches for LLM systems

🔹 Experience with frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar)

🔹 Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, Milvus)

🔹 English B2+

🔹 Strong communication skills (working directly with US team)• Availability in US time zone
