Application Owner Ops Engineer

Keystone Solutions is seeking an Application Owner/Ops Engineer for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic development team, working in an agile environment to ensure the effective management and operation of business applications.

• →Monitor and report on the components in production managed by the team.
• →Track production issues reported by the business.
• →Collaborate with the team to identify root causes and potential solutions for production problems.
• →Assist in testing newly developed software to ensure stability.
• →Test and validate fixes for production issues.
• →Provide support during releases.
• →Contribute to the development of business applications in close collaboration with team members.
• →Develop or modify code, create necessary queries, and perform analyses, along with documentation, following Agile methodology.
• →Manage reported incidents, including identification, analysis, correction, and testing, while maintaining communication with clients.
• →Act as an expert in ongoing projects, ensuring application continuity and quality delivery of components.
• →Advise IT colleagues and users on new project developments within the domains and applications the team is responsible for.

• Experience with SOAP/Postman is a plus.

• Ability to handle stress associated with releases.
• Take responsibility within a project and make independent decisions.
• Propose solutions with initiative and creativity.
• Strong development, analysis, and synthesis skills to deliver quality work while respecting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy to better understand team members and business partners.
• Client-oriented approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Fluent in Dutch or French.
• Active knowledge of the second national language.
• Understanding of English.

• Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office, including a fixed team day, and 3 days remote work.
