Data Business Analyst

Join Keystone Solutions as a Data Specialist Consultant to deliver a consultancy mission at our client. You will support the client's Data Manager and collaborate closely with the client's data and IT teams to realize data lineation (data lineage), ensure data collection, analysis, and valorization, and drive automation to support decision-making and continuous process improvement.

• →Primary mission: realize data lineation, ensure the collection, analysis, and valorization of data with a view to automation to support decision-making and continuous process improvement.
• →Analysis and understanding of needs:
  • →Gather and clarify needs from stakeholders.
  • →Formalize business requirements in structured documents (BRD, specifications, user stories).
• →Data management and processing:
  • →Analyze data sources and their quality.
  • →Document flows, transformations, and business rules.
  • →Contribute to the implementation of automation processes.
• →Technical collaboration with IT:
  • →Work closely with the client's Data teams.
  • →Work closely with the client's IT teams.
  • →Validate the technical feasibility of the needs.
  • →Follow implementation and test deliverables.
• →Establish links between data lineation and the description of processes.

• Throughout the mission, comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2.

• Start date to be determined by mutual agreement between the client and the selected consultant.
• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time and may deliver 440 person-days spread over approximately 2 years, based on a 40-hour work week during the client's business days.
• Services will be performed at least 3 days per week on-site at the client's headquarters in 1000 Brussels, potentially on non-consecutive days, unless expressly exempted by the client's Head of the IT Department.
• Overtime or work outside office hours (Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 19:00) is not authorized without the client's express approval.
• The consultant must consider service continuity needs and project constraints when planning leave and agree in advance with the client's Leading Official.
• The consultant must comply with the client's Code of Conduct for external providers (available upon request).

• The mission may be renewed for a maximum duration (including the initial period) of 880 working days.

• Consultancy nature of work: You will operate as a Keystone Solutions consultant, embedded with the client's teams, primarily on-site, to deliver tangible outcomes while benefiting from Keystone's support framework.
