KYC Officer

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a KYC Officer. As part of our consultancy team, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to the success of our clients.

• →Act as the main point of contact for all KYC-related questions from the client and the Relationship Manager.
• →Provide day-to-day operational support and control for KYC processes.
• →Coordinate KYC activities with different entities within the client’s group.
• →Guarantee business continuity and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills required.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills required.
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills required.

• Bachelor or Master degree.

• Brussels (after initial training period: 50% on site, 50% homeworking).

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Familiarity with various IT tools.

• KYC-related experience.
• Prior operations experience in KYC.

• Strong interest in finance and banking products.

• Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented.
