Finance Business Controller

Join Keystone Solutions as a Finance Consultant to execute a consultancy mission with our client. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will carry out all responsibilities and requirements listed below while working closely with the client's stakeholders. This role emphasizes professional budget follow-up, financial reporting, SAP structuring, and cross-functional Finance/IT process improvements, delivered within a consultancy framework.

• →Ensure the follow-up of the budget for the assigned business units and the operational results to closely monitor these data and enable timely adjustments.
• →Provide structural and professional support to and guidance of the assigned Directors/Team Leads with the aim of managing the department budget.
• →Manage and follow up the investment budgets for the assigned business units within the client's total investment budget to monitor these closely and make timely adjustments.
• →Manage and follow up the operating budgets for the assigned business units within the client's total operating budget to monitor these closely and make timely adjustments.
• →Prepare reporting of monthly results, forecasts, and estimates to the Staff.
• →Prepare the budgets for the assigned business units.
• →Ensure the follow-up of projects for the implementation/improvement of transversal Finance/IT processes and structure the projects in SAP to meet the needs of operational and financial reporting.
• →Actively participate in the preparation of projects by contributing to the definition of their business case, including the evaluation of the OpEx impact based on a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach.

• Communicate fluently in Dutch or French (oral and written), minimum level C1, and in English at least level B2.
• Willing to work at least 2 days per week on-site in Brussels.
• Master's degree in Finance or an equivalent degree, demonstrable in the CV.
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable finance function in an IT environment.
• Demonstrable experience with ERP systems in at least one implementation or operational project.
• Demonstrable experience in controlling, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Relevance and depth of experience in Finance and controlling.
• Experience with SAP and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with analytical assignments and problem-solving within a finance context.
• Strong communication: demonstrable experience communicating with stakeholders (type, level, context).
• Degree of autonomy in previous roles (level of responsibility and decision-making authority).
• Experience in supporting finance/IT initiatives (type of initiatives, role, and impact).

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will operate within a consultancy model, working embedded with the client's teams. You will perform all responsibilities on-site with the client as required, including a minimum of 2 days per week in Brussels for this mission, while leveraging Keystone Solutions' support, methods, and community of experts.
