Keystone Solutions is seeking a Product Owner for mobile police applications to join a dynamic consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves working closely with a business unit responsible for various projects related to local police work, including the development and support of applications that facilitate police tasks.

The application, FOCUS, enables mobile work through smart devices and consists of multiple modules that allow field officers to perform various tasks. Responsibilities range from sending messages to colleagues to conducting comprehensive searches on individuals, locations, and businesses, as well as visualizing ongoing incidents and locating intervention units. The application is developed by an external partner but is hosted and managed by our client, with new features and modules implemented annually.

Responsibilities

As a Product Owner/Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

→Understanding the applications thoroughly from both business and functional perspectives.
→Being the point of contact for users.
→Gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements for the applications you oversee.
→Collaborating with the supplier-side Product Owner.
→Providing regular reporting to the Program Manager.

As a Business Analyst, your tasks will include:

→Participating in business and functional analyses of new modules.
→Modeling ASIS and TOBE processes (BPMN).
→Coordinating impact analyses (legal, security, etc.).
→Collaborating with internal and external suppliers responsible for the technical development of applications.
→Communicating with various stakeholders and adapting your communication style accordingly.
→Bridging the gap between business and technical/security teams.

In terms of Change Management, you will:

→Support end-users in utilizing the various tools available to them.
→Participate in or conduct information/training sessions.
→Create and maintain up-to-date documentation.
→Communicate updates, changes, and issues through designated communication channels.
→Provide second-line support.
