Project Leader Data

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Leader for a consultancy mission at a client site within the Data department. In this pivotal role, you will drive cross-functional initiatives and unite stakeholders around shared objectives, turning ambitions into tangible results.

• →Turn objectives into tangible results by bringing teams and stakeholders together around a shared vision.
• →Create the right conditions for collaboration, alignment, and engagement among all parties involved.
• →Structure and coordinate initiatives by managing priorities, capacity, timelines, and dependencies.
• →Establish effective governance and monitoring mechanisms to anticipate risks, facilitate decision-making, and secure the achievement of objectives.
• →Prepare governance meetings, including SteerCo, Management Reviews, and Portfolio Reviews, and ensure that decisions are followed up.
• →Provide a clear view of progress and ensure that the expected results are achieved.

• French: Fluent

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in complex environments where collaboration and diplomacy are essential.
• Ability to turn ideas into action and deliver tangible results.
• Ability to communicate clearly and naturally create synergies across organisational boundaries.
• Experience in managing projects or cross-functional initiatives: 5+ years.
