We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, structuring, and formalizing business needs within the framework of transformation initiatives, particularly those related to core business operations and digitalization projects.
The Senior Business Analyst will engage end-to-end on initiatives, including:
- Understanding business needs
- Analyzing existing processes
- Identifying possible improvements
- Formalizing requirements (functional and non-functional)
- Supporting implementation
Additionally, they will play a key role in:
- Structuring business analysis practices
- Developing internal competencies
- Gradually creating an internal team of business analysts
Responsibilities

- →Business analysis and content production
- →Gathering, analyzing, and challenging stakeholder needs
- →Identifying efficiency, quality, and automation gains
- →Formalizing requirements (user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria…)
- →Ensuring coherence between business needs, IT constraints, and strategic objectives
- →Participating in the prioritization of initiatives according to governance models
- →Contributing to validation, testing, and production phases
Structuring the business analysis function:
- →Defining and promoting standards, methods, and tools for business analysis
- →Implementing best practices adapted to the context
- →Contributing to the governance of analyses (quality, coherence, traceability)
Coaching & developing internal competencies:
- →Guiding and supporting subject matter experts transitioning to business analyst roles
- →Training in basic analysis techniques (processes, requirements, modeling…)
- →Ensuring a gradual transfer of skills
- →Establishing mentoring and feedback mechanisms
- →Contributing to the emergence of an autonomous internal team of business analysts
Coordination and collaboration:
- →Acting as a liaison between business, IT, and project teams
- →Facilitating workshops (workshops, framing, validation)
- →Identifying and managing dependencies between initiatives
- →Contributing to problem resolution related to understanding needs
- →Participating in relevant governance instances
The client is a relatively small public organization characterized by engaged and versatile teams. In this context, the Senior Business Analyst must:
- Demonstrate pragmatism and autonomy
- Quickly transition from analysis to action
- Occasionally engage in operational tasks
- Actively contribute to the overall maturity of the organization
- Structuring business analysis in a transforming environment
- Ensuring a clear and shared understanding of needs
- Guaranteeing the quality of analyses in a business-dependent context
- Developing internal capacity sustainably
- Finding the right balance between methodological rigor and pragmatism
- Ensuring effective knowledge transfer
- Proven experience in business analysis in complex or public environments
- Ability to quickly understand a specific business context (ideally public sector/social security)
- Mastery of business analysis techniques (processes, requirements, modeling…)
- Experience in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders
- Ability to structure and formalize needs clearly and accessibly
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training
- Excellent communication skills (FR/NL required)
- Pragmatic, results-oriented, capable of hands-on work
- Ability to juggle between a global vision and operational detail
Reports to: Director ARC
Frequent interactions: PMO, Strategy, business teams, IT, management
Participation in governance instances and project workshops
Hybrid mode with on-site presence required for colleague support
The candidate should submit a concise text (max. 1000 words) describing their approach to the mission in the specific context. This text may include elements such as:
- Collaboration management
- Approach and phases
- Fundamental principles
- Priorities
- Governance and tools
- Knowledge transfer and sharing
- CV (max. 3–4 pages) detailing relevant experiences and results

Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension
Presence: 5 days a week
