Production Support Technician

• Entry-level position - Candidates with 0-6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.

• Basic to Intermediate PC/Windows Installation and Troubleshooting skills
• Basic to intermediate networking knowledge and related presence of mind
• Basic understanding of build installation and related troubleshooting on Windows and Mobile
• Existing exposure to platforms other than the PC (not mandatory but good to have)
• Willingness to learn platforms other than the PC

• Ability to analyze problems, recommend and implement effective solutions
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work effectively and decisively under pressure
• Ability to work on own initiative and monitor own workload
• Ability to work with strict deadlines
• Being able to experiment and use trial and error

• Flexibility and availability of work hours, including evening, night and weekend.
