We’re looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer who blends strong visual design skills with a strategic marketing mindset, and can bring the Kikoff brand to life across every touchpoint—email, paid, social, web, and product. This role is ideal for a designer who not only executes great creative, but also understands why it works—someone who can translate brand and marketing goals into compelling visual storytelling across channels.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Designer, copywriters, marketers, and PMMs to create high-impactful, on-brand creatives that drive engagement, awareness, and results.
This is a full-time hybrid position in our San Francisco HQ with benefits and equity in a fast-moving and fast-growing environment that will help you grow your abilities and career as you help build a better ecosystem of credit for our customers. Currently, the Creative team works in the SF office 3-4 times a week.
Responsibilities

Design and build on the visual execution and evolution of the Kikoff Brand.

Take an active role in forming creative strategy and participate in campaign ideation and concept development to drive business objectives.

Design creative assets across a wide range of channels—Lifecycle, Product Marketing, Brand, Website, and Social.

Develop and iterate on visual systems that align with Kikoff’s brand guidelines and help define our design language across touchpoints.

Create static and motion assets for campaigns, ads, and content (short-form animations, product demos, UI flows, etc.).

Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Figma plugins, etc.) to ideate, prototype, and accelerate design workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, test, and refine creative concepts quickly and efficiently.

Uphold brand and compliance standards across all design output.

5+ years of design experience at consumer-focused brands or agencies.

Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work across marketing and product channels.

Comfortable leaning into data and insights to inform strategic design decisions

Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools such as After Effects or similar.

Comfortable using AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and speed (image generation, layout, motion, etc.).

Skilled at working independently while managing multiple projects and timelines.

Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and layout for digital storytelling.

Collaborative, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to elevate the work.
Nice to Have
