Accounting Assistant (Generalist)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our financial control, managing group-wide incentive cycles, and ensuring the accuracy of our core accounting operations. 1. Financial Control, Audit & Analysis

• →Statement Review: Assist in reviewing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) prior to management presentation.
• →Reconciliations: Perform independent checks and monthly reconciliations between operational reports and financial books to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• →Audit & Compliance: Help gather documentation for external audits, maintain strong internal controls, and assist with due diligence requirements.
• →Profitability Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client, project, and departmental profitability to provide actionable strategic insights.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in general accounting or financial analysis.
• Technical Skills: 

1. Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet formulas in Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables).
2. Solid understanding of core financial statements (IS, BS, Cash Flow).

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and organizational abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compliance & Processes: Basic knowledge of internal controls, corporate compliance, and local government agency processes (BIR, SEC).

• Experience with QuickBooks (QB) or other cloud accounting software.
• Background in multi-entity or group incentive management.
