We are looking for a future-qualified HR business partner to oversee our business units’ human resources operations and ensure they align with our business goals.

Ultimately, you will be a trusted consultant, providing expert advice on human resources management and organizational changes to the business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team with daily administrative operations, participating in the talent intake, conducting active recruitment for hard-to-fill positions, inputting HR system records, answering general HR questions, responding to ad-hoc requests, and other talent initiatives as needed.

  • Participate in the business unit’s client relationship management training program and act as a client relationship manager with elected clients during the training.

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

  • Provide data analysis support on people-related matters.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the entire HR team to understand areas of process improvement and develop ideas and materials (i.e., onboarding, streamlining processes, rewards, recognition, etc.).

  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

  • Provide HR policy guidance

  • Monitor and report on mentorship programs and succession planning

  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals

  • Evaluate training programs

  • Suggest new HR strategies

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR

  • Excellent people management skills

  • Analytical and goal-oriented

  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics

  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation

  • Complete understanding of all HR functions and best practices

  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
