We are looking for a future-qualified HR business partner to oversee our business units’ human resources operations and ensure they align with our business goals.
Ultimately, you will be a trusted consultant, providing expert advice on human resources management and organizational changes to the business unit.
Responsibilities

Assist the HR team with daily administrative operations, participating in the talent intake, conducting active recruitment for hard-to-fill positions, inputting HR system records, answering general HR questions, responding to ad-hoc requests, and other talent initiatives as needed.

Participate in the business unit’s client relationship management training program and act as a client relationship manager with elected clients during the training.

Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

Provide data analysis support on people-related matters.

Collaborate cross-functionally with the entire HR team to understand areas of process improvement and develop ideas and materials (i.e., onboarding, streamlining processes, rewards, recognition, etc.).

Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

Provide HR policy guidance

Monitor and report on mentorship programs and succession planning

Identify training needs for teams and individuals

Evaluate training programs

Suggest new HR strategies

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Excellent people management skills
Analytical and goal-oriented
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
Complete understanding of all HR functions and best practices
BS degree in Human Resources or related field
