Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal team to devise influencer marketing strategies aligned with client’s objectives.

• Influencer Identification: Utilize research and networking to find influencers matching client values and demographics.

• Relationship Building: Initiate and maintain relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

• Campaign Execution: Oversee campaign logistics, content creation, and scheduling to meet client expectations.

• Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking campaign metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

• Client Consultation: Offer strategic guidance, updates on industry trends, and best practices to the internal team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment.

• Strong network of relationships with influencers across multiple platforms and industries.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and influencers at all levels.

• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and metrics.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

• Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
