Responsibilities

→Conduct routine maintenance of office spaces, including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
→Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems such as lighting, wiring, outlets, and equipment.
→Perform minor carpentry, painting, and mechanical work as needed.
→Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
