Requirements

At least a vocational diploma/short course certificate or a bachelor’s/college degree.
At least 1 year of experience as an employee specialized in Maintenance and repair in building and facilities management.
Willing to work on-site.
Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

Skilled in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Performs preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
Basic computer skills for maintenance of records and software use.
Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Provides excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
