Director, People & Communications, France, Belgium and Luxembourg

• →Partner with senior leaders to drive business performance and organizational effectiveness.
• →Lead & deploy the KONE People & Communications strategy across France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
• →Strengthen leadership capability, succession planning and workforce readiness.
• →Drive employee engagement and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
• →Lead employee relations, social dialogue, consultation processes and union partnerships.
• →Support business transformation & organizational change through effective change management and communication.
• →Develop and inspire a high-performing People & Communications team.

• Extensive experience in a senior People, HR or People & Communications leadership role.
• Strong business partnering experience within a complex, matrix, international organization.
• Proven experience working within unionized and highly regulated environments.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Strong operations mindset and ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Fluent French and English. Dutch is a plus.
