Working as a Paralegal you will be involved in a wide range of legal projects, including research, document preparation, case management, and client communication. This role is vital to the success of our firm, as you will be responsible for assisting attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities

- →Assist in drafting legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts.
- →Manage and organize legal files and documents for easy retrieval.
- →Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and other parties involved in cases.
- →Prepare and file legal documents with the court or other relevant authorities.
- →Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness materials.
- →Review and summarize legal documents and deposition transcripts.
- →Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Requirements

- Proven experience working as a Paralegal in a law firm or legal department.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
