→Source business for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
→Acquire customers through branches, DSAs, builders, and direct sourcing channels.
→Achieve sales, cross-sell, and insurance targets.
→Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
→Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
→Ensure timely documentation, application login, and customer service.
→Drive cross-sell opportunities for CASA and other banking products.
→Adhere to all compliance and business process guidelines.

Graduate with 1-5 years of experience in HL, LAP, Mortgage, BFSI, or Banking Sales.
Good communication and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of secured lending products preferred.
