Your role is crucial in maintaining a positive and professional image for the bank. You will work collaboratively with a team of talented individuals, utilizing your strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service.
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and bank policies to provide accurate information.
- Document and escalate customer feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank guidelines in all customer interactions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the bank's values.
- Actively contribute to team goals and support colleagues when needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
