  • Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and bank policies to provide accurate information.
  • Document and escalate customer feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank guidelines in all customer interactions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the bank's values.
  • Actively contribute to team goals and support colleagues when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
