We are seeking a detail-oriented FSQA Compliance & Documentation Specialist to support and maintain our food safety and quality programs across all facilities. This role ensures regulatory compliance, manages documentation systems, supports audits, and helps drive a culture of food safety throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manages Food Safety Library, SSOP’s, FSPs, and other regulatory related documentation for all company locations.
- →Manages the plant’s internal auditing program and ensures plant is always audit ready.
- →Works with FSQA Director during 3rd Party certification and regulatory audits.
- →Ensure timely corrections are made to all inspection observations and monitor effectiveness.
- →Work with company consultants.
- →Manage Supplier Approval Program using Trustwell platform.
- →Participate in creating quality and regulatory training for all plant personnel.
- →Contribute to annual FSP re-analysis for all facilities.
- →Calibration and verification of various analytical instruments in support of monitoring activities
- →Perform various analytical measurements in support of FSP/HACCP
- →Perform direct observation or obtain assistance with direct observation
- →Monitor GMPs and conduct daily pre-operational and operational audits
- →Perform environmental monitoring program swabbing and sampling
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field with 1-4 years’ experience OR 4+ years’ experience without a degree
- Computer literacy to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of quality regulations regarding HACCP, GMP, SOP, SSOP, SPS
- Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment, thermometers, weight scales, fat analyzer, and water activity meter
- HACCP, PCQI, or other relevant industry certifications

Schedule:
- 8–10-hour shifts
- Day shift, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend availability as needed
