Payroll Advisor - FTC

As a Payroll Advisor you will take ownership of delivering an accurate, efficient and confidential payroll service for our colleagues and line managers. You will play a key role in making sure payroll runs smoothly, compliantly and on time, while creating a great experience for colleagues across KP Snacks.

Working closely with the Payroll Manager, Human Resources and wider teams, you will help improve processes, resolve queries and contribute to continuous improvement projects. • Payroll expertise
  Strong knowledge of payroll processes, legislation and statutory requirements

• Systems and Excel skills
  Confidence using payroll systems and Excel to analyse data and improve efficiency

• Relevant experience
  Background in payroll, Human Resources or finance, with transferable skills welcomed

• Professional development mindset
  CIPP membership or experience with system automation is a plus
