Responsibilities

→Assist in the design and development of electrical systems, circuits, and components for various projects.
→Assist in the testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for electronic systems, ensuring functionality and reliability.
→Designing wiring harnesses and cable assemblies for electrical systems, considering factors such as signal integrity, thermal management, and EMC/EMI compliance.
→Assisting electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
→Working closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, firmware engineers, and product designers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other components.
→Developing test plans and procedures, conducting testing, and performing validation to ensure the reliability and performance of electrical systems.
→Participate in the design review process.
→Review of engineering deliverables.
→Work with the Production department to provide technical assistance during the manufacturing process.
→Understand project requirements and provide operational support while in the field.
→Mentor Electrical Engineers and Technologists.

Requirements

Electrical Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent with 4+ years' experience.
Excellent design standards and strong troubleshooting skills.
Effectively focus on high level project objectives while executing detailed design tasks.
Incredible attention to detail.
Demonstrated technical skills along with a proven track record for success.
Experience in the design specification, installation and connection methods of electrical equipment.
Strong written and oral communications skills (technical reporting).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work independently, as well as effectively within a team environment.
High degree of organization, with the ability to prioritize task.
