Sales Operation Manager

Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Operations team by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, fostering collaboration, and driving high performance. Own end-to-end Sales Operations, including data quality, CRM hygiene, and tool management (Zoho CRM, Bigin, Zoho Desk, Zoho Connect). Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates (deal stages), mandatory fields compliance, source tagging, deal transfers, and shared ownership tracking. Monitor and eliminate duplicate accounts/deals; enforce data governance standards and weekly audits. Drive weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting cadence with sales leadership. Prepare and circulate WSR (Weekly Sales Report), Weekly Review Deck, and support QBR (Quarterly Business Review) and ABR (Annual Business Review) reporting with accurate data freeze timelines. Manage incentive planning, target projections, and quarterly payout data validation in coordination with Finance and Sales Managers. Oversee sales tech stack access, implementation, and optimization (Sales Navigator, Walaxy, Lusha, Contabo, Fireflies, etc.). Build dashboards and analytical reports using Zoho Reports and Google Sheets to identify trends, pipeline health, and revenue opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, TLs, and Finance to ensure process alignment and automation workflows. Support CRM and tools onboarding training for new hires and ensure continuous process improvement. Maintain audit logs, enforce role-based access controls, and ensure compliance with data retention and documentation standards. Requirements ● 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations. ● Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is a must, and proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel. ● Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
