  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the LAP customer base.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
