Tech Lead(Python or Golang)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead with 6-8 years of
experience to join our dynamic Product Development team. As a Technical Lead, you
will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical aspects of projects involving
technologies such as Golang, Python, Serverless architecture, and AWS Lambda.
You will provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of talented
engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support
throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to define technical requirements, scope,
and objectives.
Architect, design, and implement complex software solutions using Golang
and/or Python, Serverless architecture, and AWS Lambda.
Lead the development of cloud-based applications and services on the AWS
platform.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and
efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems and
technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective
solutions.

JD - TL - SME Team 2

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Must Have Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6-8 years of experience in software development with a strong proficiency in
atleast one of the following Backend Technologies.
Golang
Python
Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable applications on
Cloud.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerisation
technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and
inspire a team.
Demonstrated experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.
Proficiency in agile development methodologies and project management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good To Have Skills:
AWS certification.
Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable applications on AWS
with a focus on Serverless architecture and Lambda functions.
Experience in Golang and/or Python.
Knowledge of Frontend Technologies such as React
