Responsibilities

Global Tax Leadership and Strategy

→Lead the Company's global tax function, including direct oversight of tax accounting, compliance, planning, transfer pricing, and other tax-related matters
→Develop and execute tax strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives, operating structure, and risk tolerance
→Advise senior leadership on the tax impact of business initiatives, legal entity changes, financing matters, restructuring activities, and other strategic transactions
→Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess the impact on the Company
→Drive continuous improvement in the Company's tax processes, documentation, governance, and operating model

Requirements

8+ years of experience in both public and publicly traded company environments; experience overseeing outsourced or managed services tax models preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA (or progressing towards a CPA) with public accounting and publicly traded company experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP income tax accounting and corporate tax compliance
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to review complex work prepared by external advisors and provide clear direction and feedback
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally across finance, legal, treasury, and operations.
Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen controls
Experience with public company tax reporting and SEC disclosure requirements
Experience managing tax audits, controversy matters, and cross-border issues
Experience with international tax matters, transfer pricing, and indirect tax preferred.
