The Manager of Equity Operations is responsible for overseeing the administration, compliance, and operational management of the company’s stock-based long-term incentive programs. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and efficient execution of equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), performance shares, and other equity-related transactions. This role works closely with Finance, Legal, HR, Payroll, and external vendors to support the company’s equity strategy and employee experience. This role also provides analytical support for the preparation of materials for the Compensation, Nomination, and Governance Committee of the Board of Directors, including analysis of the company’s long-term incentive plans, annual grants, and other supporting analytical work


**THIS POSITION IS BASED OUT OF OUR CHARLOTTE, NC OFFICE

**-Minimum of 3 days per week onsite


A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Manage day-to-day administration of global equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, and performance shares
  • Maintain accurate equity records and capitalization tables using Fidelity Stock Plan Services and other equity management platforms
  • Prepare and support SEC filings including Forms S-3, 4, Proxy Statement, 10-K, and 10-Q disclosures
  • Coordinate insider trading compliance and Section 16 reporting requirements
  • Provide analytical support and reporting for Compensation Committee and Board of Directors materials related to equity compensation programs
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Audit to ensure accurate reporting, tax, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage relationships with Fidelity representatives, transfer agents, auditors, and external vendors


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in equity administration, stock plan management, or corporate finance operations
  • Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans, SEC reporting, Section 16 compliance, GAAP accounting principles, and advanced
  • Experience supporting public company equity programs and Compensation Committee reporting processes
  • Experience with Fidelity Stock Plan Services, Carta, Shareworks, E*TRADE, or Morgan Stanley at
  • WorkCEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation preferred
