The brand’s iconic Hot Light lets guests know when doughnuts are being made fresh in shop so they can enjoy hot doughnuts fresh off the line. To make Krispy Kreme’s in-shop experience even sweeter, many shops across the globe feature the brands one-of-a-kind doughnut theatre, an immersive, interactive experience through which guests can see Krispy Kreme’s melt-in-your-mouth doughnuts being made right before their eyes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic planning of annual business while providing critical customer input into development of company go-to-market commercial strategies
  • Establish strategic relationships with customer Director & VP/DMM level management and above. Anticipate competitive threats in marketplace while building core capabilities for the future.
  • Full omnichannel commercial mindset delivering both B&M and digital/e-commerce growth. Develop key customer/channel strategy with enterprise mindset to deliver Krispy Kreme’s Business Plan.
  • Help develop 3-year and annual operating plans to build a pipeline for key growth platforms. Lead coordination and development of JBP’s, Innovation summits, Strategic customer & commercial reviews with customer merchant/VP/DMM and internal C-Level audiences.
  • Maintain operating budgets/sales forecasts, and manage the overall sales, including customer scorecards and tracking.
  • Work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Insights and Leadership to find the right solution to meet both Krispy Kreme’s and the Customers objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate the skills and effectiveness of the Walmart sales team, and instill a culture of high performance, accountability, teamwork, and development to achieve our business goals and provide our people with opportunities to learn, grow and thrive.

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related program; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive business leadership roles across CPG Sales and Commercial functions working directly with Walmart (& Sam’s Club)
  • Expertise in Walmart omni-channel merchandising strategies and execution in FMCG categories; DSD experience a plus
  • Experience managing P&L’s, conducting financial analysis and highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
