Key Responsibilities
Culture Activation and Leadership Practices
- Translate enterprise culture priorities and leadership behaviors into manager guides, team activities, communications, and other usable resources for assigned audiences.
- Support global and local leaders and managers in applying practices such as listening, recognition, accountability, simpler ways of working, and decisions at the appropriate level.
- Gather examples of The Kyndryl Way in action and share effective practices across teams and geographies.
- Help embed The Kyndryl Way by turning culture priorities into everyday behaviors, reinforcing them through team routines and processes (systems), and highlighting examples and recognition that make the culture visible (symbols).
Change and Adoption
- Plan and deliver change activities for assigned initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, enablement, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with HRBPs, Talent, Learning, Communications, and business partners to adapt materials to local needs while staying aligned with the enterprise culture approach.
- Support culture advocates and other partner networks by preparing resources, facilitating working sessions, and capturing barriers and feedback.
Engagement and Insights
- Review engagement survey results, listening feedback, and available culture measures with partners to identify themes and practical actions.
- Help managers and teams develop, track, and refine engagement action plans; summarize progress and lessons learned for the Culture Transformation team.
- Use participation, adoption, and employee feedback measures to evaluate assigned initiatives and recommend improvements.
Project Delivery and Coordination
- Manage project plans for assigned culture workstreams, including milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional contributors, facilitate working meetings, and follow through on commitments to keep work moving.
- Identify delivery risks and blockers early, propose options, and escalate matters that affect scope, timing, resources, or enterprise alignment.
You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.

- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, maintaining plans and milestones, managing dependencies, and communicating risks.
- Ability to interpret survey and listening data, identify themes, and support measurable action planning.
- Strong facilitation, writing, and relationship skills; able to influence stakeholders without direct authority and collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Comfort working through changing priorities while maintaining attention to delivery and the employee experience.

- Experience developing manager resources, supporting culture networks, or helping integrate recognition and employee experience programs.
