Experience: Previous construction or laborer experience is beneficial but entry-level workers may receive on-the-job training

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials (often over 50 lbs), stand or walk for long periods, work at heights, and withstand extreme weather conditions

Technical Skills: Familiarity with hand and power tools, basic equipment operation

Soft Skills: Teamwork, communication, reliability, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic

Licensing/Certifications: Valid driver’s license preferred; (OSHA certifications or specialized equipment licenses is a plus )
