• →Site Preparation & Cleanup: Remove debris, set up work areas, and perform general site cleaning to maintain a safe and organized environment 
   
• →Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment around job sites 
   
• →Support Skilled Trades: Assist carpenters, masons, painters, electricians, and other craft workers with their tasks 
   
• →Temporary Structures: Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, ladders, barricades, and other temporary structures 
   
• →Equipment Operation: Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as compactors, forklifts, or generators, following proper safety protocols 
   
• →Manual Labor: Dig trenches, fill or compact earth, mix and pour concrete, and perform basic demolition work 
   
• →Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA standards, wear personal protective equipment,(PPE) and report unsafe conditions to supervisors 
   
• →Other Duties: Assist with traffic control, monitor construction progress, and perform duties assigned by site supervisors 

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred ,but  not  required 
   
• Experience: Previous construction or laborer experience is beneficial but not necessary.
   
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials (often over 50 lbs), stand or walk for long periods, work at heights, and withstand extreme weather conditions 
   
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with hand and power tools, basic equipment operation
   
• Soft Skills: Teamwork, communication, reliability, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic 
   
• Licensing/Certifications: Valid driver’s license preferred; OSHA certifications or specialized equipment licenses may be advantageous
