Out-of-Town Construction General Laborer

  Assist skilled tradespeople and construction crews with daily tasks. 

• →

  Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment. 

• →

  Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after work activities. 

• →

  Dig trenches, move materials, and perform demolition as needed. 

• →

  Operate basic hand and power tools safely. 

• →

  Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations. 

• →

  Maintain a clean and organized work area. 

• →

  Travel to project locations and stay overnight for up to 5 days at a time when required. 

• →

  Perform other duties assigned by supervisors. 

🎯 Qualifications 

• →

  Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required. 

• →

  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more on a regular basis. 

• →

  Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. 

• →

  Must have valid driver's license. 

• →

  Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. 

• →

  Ability to pass pre-employment screening, if required. 

• →

  Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting for extended periods. 

• →

  Ability to work safely at construction sites and around heavy equipment. 

• →

  Ability to work independently and ensure that tasks are done on a time frame to ensure it stays on schedule. 

• Frequent out-of-town travel is required. Monday through Friday, home on weekends.
