Pastry Arts, Banquet Preparations, Pre Fix dinner events, Private Cooking Demonstration, Theme dinning, Hallmark Dinners and Guest Chefs are all part of the LCG culinary experience.

Enjoy working in a fast pace professional environment while learning to prepare a variety of international cuisines from home-style, French Gourmet, Italian, Indian and Asian. Our menus change daily and rotate with the seasons. We use only the best available product on the market.

• Bring the recipes you read to life by accurately reading & following the instructions
• Communicate effectively with all sorts of interesting people
• Cultivate an authentic food experience for our residents by bringing your creativity to the creation of distinctive dishes

• Minimum one year experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, club or similar company
• Ability to plan and organize work, to interpret instructions, recipes, specifications and standards
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance. Some knowledge of nutrition and diet
• Culinary education preferred
• Prior to beginning work at our community, applicants must complete and pass a drug screening, physical exam with tuberculosis (TB) skin test, and criminal clearance through FBI and Department of Justice (over 18 only). The background search includes minor misdemeanors and DUIs.
