Controller - Philippines

We're a premier vehicle asset management and concierge company, caring for the storage, transport, and upkeep of luxury, exotic, and collector vehicles for discerning clients. As we continue expanding our footprint, service capabilities, and infrastructure, we're looking for an experienced, hands-on Controller to lead our day-to-day accounting operations and help build the financial processes, controls, and reporting that will support our next stage of growth.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll own the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial information — equally comfortable reviewing financial statements, working in the general ledger, and explaining results to executive leadership.

• →Accounting Operations & Financial Reporting: Own the day-to-day accounting function and the accuracy of the general ledger, lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, and oversee accounting across multiple entities and locations, including intercompany transactions.
• →Accounts Payable & Receivable: Provide direct oversight of AP and AR, monitor aging and proactively resolve past-due accounts, and ensure vendor invoices, payments, and expense classifications are accurate and timely.
• →Cash Management: Monitor daily cash position and liquidity, maintain a rolling short-term cash flow forecast, and perform bank and credit card reconciliations to give leadership visibility into upcoming obligations and risks.
• →Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare meaningful financial and operational reporting for executive leadership, monitor performance against budget and forecast, and develop financial KPIs and dashboards that translate accounting information into clear business insight.
• →Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Evaluate existing accounting processes, develop and document policies and SOPs, establish appropriate segregation of duties, and identify opportunities to use technology and automation to improve accuracy and scalability.
• →Payroll, Tax & Compliance: Oversee payroll accounting and related reconciliations, and coordinate tax filings, audits, and other compliance requirements with external accounting and tax partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including meaningful responsibility for month-end close and financial reporting.
• Prior experience as a Controller or in a similar accounting leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting fundamentals, with experience across AP, AR, reconciliations, the general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting strongly preferred.
• Strong QuickBooks experience; familiarity with ERP systems and financial system implementations is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building accounting processes, controls, and SOPs within a growing organization.
• Comfortable collaborating daily with U.S.-based executive leadership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
• CPA preferred, but not required.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
