  • →Drive Immediate Revenue: Turn your existing client relationships into qualified opportunities and signed engagements within your first 90 days. Bring a pipeline of active or warm accounts that need cloud, integration, AI and ML, compliance, or staff augmentation services, and deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • →Own the Full Sales Cycle: Run deals from the first conversation through signed statements of work (SOWs) and master service agreements (MSAs). Lead discovery with senior stakeholders, negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines, and work with solution architects and delivery leaders on proposals and pricing.
  • →Grow Strategic Accounts: Expand key accounts through cross selling and upselling across service lines. Stay close to executive sponsors after signing to protect renewals, spot new needs, and raise client concerns early so delivery can keep accounts healthy.
  • →Shape Go to Market Strategy: Identify the industries and segments with the strongest growth potential, advise leadership on pricing, positioning, and service offerings based on what you hear in the market, and keep pipeline visibility and forecasts accurate.
  • An existing book of business: active relationships with IT and technology buyers you can bring into the conversation from day one.
  • 10 or more years of experience selling IT services, cloud solutions, integration services, consulting, or staff augmentation to SMB and mid market companies in the U.S.
  • A track record of closing $50,000 to $500,000 or larger engagements and consistently meeting or beating quota.
  • Direct relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Engineering Leaders, and Operations Executives.
  • A working understanding of cloud platforms, integration technologies, compliance frameworks, and managed services.
  • Executive presence, plus strong negotiation, closing, and relationship skills.
  • The ability to deliver results on your own with little ramp up time.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling cloud migration, integration modernization, digital transformation, or technical staffing.
  • Client relationships in healthcare, supply chain, manufacturing, financial services, or other technology driven industries.
  • Familiarity with offshore and nearshore delivery models.
  • Experience selling both project based consulting and staff augmentation.
  • Experience building or mentoring a sales team.
  • Problem solving: You read each client's situation and shape solutions that close.
  • Teamwork: You partner closely with delivery, solutions, and leadership to win and keep accounts.
  • Sound judgment: You know which deals to pursue, how to structure them, and when to walk away.
  • Planning & organizing: You manage a full pipeline and keep forecasts accurate and on time.
  • Professionalism: You represent the company with executive presence in every conversation.
  • Quality focus: You bring in deals that are well scoped, profitable, and set up for strong delivery.
  • Dependability: You hit your numbers and do what you say you'll do.
  • Ethics: You sell honestly and protect client trust in every deal.
