Responsibilities

→RP Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for RPs, running regular check ins and building genuine, ongoing relationships that help them feel connected and supported.
→Retention & Early Risk Detection: Proactively spot changes in engagement, morale, or performance that may signal disengagement or resignation risk, and step in with the right conversation or escalation before issues grow.
→Coaching & Employee Relations: Lead initial coaching conversations on attendance, compliance, and professionalism, resolving routine concerns independently and escalating sensitive or high-impact cases to the Operations Manager/COO.
→Onboarding, Compliance & Records: Coordinate preboarding and onboarding, monitor attendance, HRIS, and training compliance, and maintain accurate RP records and documentation.
→Performance Bonus & Business Continuity Support: Validate Monthly Performance Bonus requirements, maintain Business Continuity Planning documentation, and conduct welfare checks when needed.
→Culture, Recognition & Offboarding: Plan engagement activities, recognition moments, and Canva materials that strengthen RP community, and coordinate a smooth, well-documented offboarding process when engagements end.
