  • 透過現場與電話溝通，協助司機夥伴解決日常問題，提升服務品質。
  • 透過跨部門溝通進行貨運調度，優化流程。
  • 良好的溝通能力：能與司機夥伴及內部團隊有效協作，解決問題並建立信任。
  • 主動與執行力：面對多任務與變動環境，能主動推進並確保任務完成。
  • 細心與責任感：能掌握細節並確保數據、流程與執行品質。
  • 穩定與抗壓性：能在重複性與節奏快的工作中維持穩定表現。
  • 月薪 30,000 - 40,000 元 (依能力核定薪資) 。
