我們正在尋找具備數據思維的營運人才！
你將負責規劃司機留存策略以提升平台活躍度，並運用優秀的溝通力處理跨部門協作事務確保營運順暢且符合規範！

透過觀察司機留存、活躍度及媒合率等數據進行分析，定期彙整營運洞察，提出具體優化建議，作為策略調整與決策依據。

規劃並執行司機活躍度提升的策略與活動機制，持續追蹤執行成效，降低司機流失、提升平台黏著度及整體營運效率。

協調內外部資源，負責公部門日常聯繫、資料提供及相關事項回應，確保對外資訊一致且符合相關法規與規範。

處理司機日常問題，包含異常狀況釐清、資料確認與後續協調，確保營運運作順暢。

數據導向思維：具備良好的數據敏感，能從報表與指標中發現問題，並提出具邏輯性的改善建議，推動優化行動。

具備成長型思維：面對變化與挑戰能保持彈性與學習態度，無論是活動執行或營運事務，皆能快速吸收並持續優化。

主動且細心獨立：能在明確目標下主動發現問題與推進工作，具備細心度與責任感，能獨立完成交辦事項。

成熟的溝通與協作：具備良好的溝通判斷與表達能力，能與內外不同部門有效協作，促進共識並確保執行順暢。

曾規劃或執行點數 / 積分制留存活動，或具備會員經營相關操作經驗。

月薪 40,000元 ~ 45,000 元 (依能力核定薪資) 。
