We work with senior leadership teams, CFO's, sales teams, and private equity stakeholders, primarily in the UK and Europe. Our work focuses on creating custom analytics platforms for our clients and spans data consolidation, dashboarding, data warehousing, automation, and AI-enabled business solutions.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded and highly curious Analyst to join our growing team.

This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, business problem solving, and AI-enabled delivery. You will work directly with clients to understand their problems, then use modern data and AI tooling to build and deliver the solutions yourself, from first conversation through to a working product in the client's hands.

A technical background is not a prerequisite. We provide the stack, the tooling, and the delivery patterns. What we are hiring for is a particular way of thinking: the ability to decompose ambiguous business problems from first principles, to move fluently between commercial language and solution design, and an instinct to build rather than only specify.

This is not a traditional analyst or product role. We are looking for someone who is energised by working in an AI-forward environment, takes ownership, learns aggressively, and wants to help shape both client outcomes and the future direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Lead regular client check-ins and strategic discussions
• Engage confidently with CFOs, senior management teams, sales leaders, and shareholders
• Understand client business models, operational challenges, and strategic priorities
• Translate business requirements into solution designs you will help build and deliver
• Build, prototype, and deliver client solutions hands-on using modern data and AI tooling
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, workflows, and strategic visibility and iterate on solutions live with clients
• Assist in shaping and evolving the company’s product and service offering
• Participate in strategic business and commercial discussions with clients
• Understand key commercial drivers and business performance metrics
• Use modern data platforms, AI tools, and business technologies as your daily toolkit
• Learn internal systems, workflows, and solution frameworks
  
  

Requirements

Essential:

• 3–5 years of experience in a field where you have had to decompose business problems and deliver outcomes e.g. strategic consulting, finance, business analysis or engineering
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and executives
• Strong first-principles problem-solving, able to decompose ambiguous business problems from scratch
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and unstructured environment
• Builder's instinct: you reach for tools and prototype your way to an answer rather than waiting for a spec, and you are eager to do this in an AI-forward environment

Advantageous:

• Experience working with reporting or business intelligence solutions
• Exposure to data analytics, dashboards, or reporting platforms
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments
• Exposure to modern data stack tooling (e.g. SQL, Python, warehousing) or AI tooling advantageous but not required; we will teach the stack

Working Environment

We are a small, highly collaborative in-office team based in Somerset West.
