About the Role

In this role, you aren’t just "supporting" the team—you are a strategic co-pilot to our EPD, GTM, and Ops leaders. You will proactively anticipate organizational friction, design people solutions that drive business results, and leverage an AI-first mindset to eliminate administrative toil.
We are looking for a resilient builder who moves at the speed of an AI startup. You will be deeply embedded in the business, using data to diagnose problems before they arise and influencing senior leadership to make the right calls on org design, talent density, and leadership.
